1. Nature and purpose of the content

UK Esports Betting is an information site. We are not a bookmaker, we do not take bets, and we do not hold or handle money for you. Our pages are written to help you compare esports betting sites and understand their terms before you decide.

Nothing here is a tip or a promise of any result. A bet is placed only on a bookmaker's own site, under that bookmaker's own terms.

2. Age limit and regional suitability

This site is for people aged 18 or over. If you are younger, please do not use it to look for ways to bet.

The Gambling Commission states that, in most cases, the minimum legal age for gambling in Great Britain is 18. Our lists cover bookmakers on the Gambling Commission register, which regulates gambling in Great Britain. Laws differ from place to place: it is your job to check that online betting is lawful where you live, and to follow each bookmaker's own age and location rules.

3. Accuracy of information

Where a page gives a bookmaker's offer, limit or rule, it is that bookmaker's term as our team checked it before the page was published. We also check each listed bookmaker on the Gambling Commission register.

Bookmakers change their terms, and a page here shows the position when we checked it. Before you deposit or claim an offer, read the bookmaker's current terms, which apply over anything we have written. We aim to be accurate but cannot promise that a page is free of error or still current when you read it. Our method and scoring are set out on how we rate esports bookmakers.

4. Intellectual property

The text, layout, ratings and design of this site belong to UK Esports Betting. You may read it and quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link back, but you may not copy, republish or sell it without our written permission.

Bookmaker names, logos, game titles and other marks shown here belong to their owners. We show them to identify what a page is about, and their use does not mean any owner endorses us.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use automated tools to copy the site at scale, try to break or overload it, or try to reach parts of it you have not been given access to.

You may not use the site for anything unlawful, or present our content as your own or as a bookmaker's.

6. External links and affiliate links

Some pages link to bookmakers and other outside sites. If a link earns us a commission when you sign up or bet, that does not change the facts we report or the scores we give. Our affiliate disclosure says where we stand on this today.

We do not control outside sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. A link is not advice to bet.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is offered as it stands. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, including betting losses, that arises from your use of the site or from relying on it, or for anything that happens at a bookmaker or other outside site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights.

8. Responsible gambling

9. Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page is when they were last updated, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version. How we handle visitor data is set out in our privacy policy.
